Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with Priority Air Mail, using Croatian Post service (Hrvatska pošta). Tracking is included.

Please have in mind that we are based in Croatia, Europe. We keep it a priority to process your order and to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Order processing time:
All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days (this does not include weekend days or holidays). If you need an item shipped urgently please send an email to tamanhvar@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

In rare cases, normal shipping time can be prolonged depending on the customs delays or specific events with the postal service in your country. We cannot be responsible for delays of post service due to holidays or weather conditions, but feel free to contact us and we will try to help resolve any issue you might have.

Customs and import duties:

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may be charged to international orders placed outside of European Union. These fees are separate from shipping charges and cannot be included in the price in the shop. For more information on taxes contact your local customs office.
